SM-I-J  Purge Account History

Purpose of Program

Use this program to purge account history notes.  If you reach the history records limit on an account, you can purge that account’s history through this program.  Or, you can use this program to mass purge history within the following limits: date range, account range, and by Rep.  Finally, you can include or exclude accounts coded as customers.

General Program Operation

Enter from through ranges of dates, account codes, and Reps.  If you leave the fields blank, all accounts will be selected.  Finally, you can indicate whether accounts coded as customers are to be included in the purge or not.
