CM-B-H  Print Calls by Rep

Purpose of Program

Use this program to get a listing of telephone calls by Rep within a range of selection criteria.  The report will total the actual and billable minutes within the ranges selected.  It can be an excellent tool in reviewing how much time has been spent by Reps on various phone activities.

General Program Operation

Enter from/thru ranges of Rep codes, dates, account codes, and history type codes.  You can get F2 lookups (or click on the Lookup button) on the Rep codes, account codes, and history type codes.

You are asked Subtotal by Code?  If Y, you will get separate subtotals for each history code type within each Rep, as well as grand totals by Rep.
