CM-B-G  Print Calls by Account

Purpose of Program

Use this program to get a listing of telephone calls by account within a range of selection criteria.  The report will total the actual and billable minutes within the ranges selected.  It can be an excellent tool in reviewing how much time has been spent on specific accounts.

General Program Operation

Enter from/thru ranges of account codes, dates, Rep codes, and history type codes.  You can get F2 lookups (or clicking on the Lookup button) on the account codes, Rep codes, and history codes.

You are asked Subtotal by Code? If Y, you will get separate subtotals for each history code type within each account, as well as grand totals by account.
