Purpose of Program

Use this program to get a listing of follow up codes and dates.  This report is often run daily and serves as a To-do list.  You can limit the report to a range of follow-up codes and dates.

General Program Operation

Enter a from/thru range of follow-up type codes, follow-up dates, and Reps.  If you enter no limits, all follow up codes and dates will print.
